Become a Volunteer today!

​We’re always looking to welcome new people with passion to our team, so if you want to become part of our amazing volunteer team, start your application today. 

Opportunities Available:

• Pantry- keep the shelves stocked, fill pantry orders, and work with clients.
• Client Check-In- welcome and check-in clients, take orders, ensure client info is up-to-date.
• Food Pick-Up-pick up food orders at local food partners, weigh food, take food temperatures, and unload.
• Events- volunteer for special events such as our signature holiday events and fundraising events.
• Food Drives- participate in food drives for Golden Pantry and Thrift.
• Retail- volunteer in our thrift store, sorting and pricing clothes, and engaging our customers.
• Administration- data entry, donor management, and marketing.

ALL NEW VOLUNTEERS MUST:

• Successfully pass an in-person interview
• Successfully pass a background check
• Be at least 16 years old
• Weekly or biweekly commitment
   

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Fill out application.
2. Wait up to 2 weeks to hear from a Golden Pantry and Thrift representative.
3. If selected, perform an in-person interview.
4. Complete and pass a background check.
